The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 18 of the Law "On Appraisal of Land" (re Period of conducting Scheduled Pecuniary Valuation)

Pursuant to the Bill, regulatory pecuniary valuation of land of settlements and agricultural designation should be conducted at least once in 5-7 years, of agricultural land beyond the settlements at least once in 5-7 years, of land of non-agricultural designation once in 7-10 years.

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 3016.
